about Broadway Lake

Friends of Broadway Lake - Empowering Communities

Broadway lake was built in 1940 by the Work Projects Administration.

The lake spans 300 acres and has a max depth of 22.1 ft.

​While the max depth is 22.1ft the average depth is only 5.9 ft.

The lake is currently cared for by the Anderson County Parks Department, who looks after McFall's Landing and the Gracie Floyd event center.
